Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): Free on orders over £50
  • Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £4.99
  • Next Day Delivery: £7.99 (order before 2pm)

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours during working days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Monday. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. We also offer international delivery to selected countries. Delivery times may vary for international orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery progress on our website or the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please:

  1. Check your tracking information first
  2. Contact the delivery carrier directly
  3. Get in touch with our customer service team if the issue persists

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your package. If you’re not home, the carrier may leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbor.

International Delivery
For international orders, delivery times typically range from 5-10 working days. Please note that additional customs charges may apply for orders outside the UK, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local delivery office first. Contact us within 14 days if you’re unable to locate your package.
